Benefits

Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance

Coverage through Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Kansas, Manko pays 100% of the monthly premium for employee only. All other plans, Manko will pay 50% of the cost. Optional vision insurance is available through payroll deductions.¹

Life Insurance & Aflac

Full time Manko employees and their dependents are provided with standard term life insurance policy following a waiting period, additional voluntary life insurance and Aflac policies available through payroll deductions.¹

Extended Medical Leave

After five years of employment at Manko, full time employees may qualify for up to three weeks of extended paid medical leave to aid in the recovery of medically needed time off.

Holidays

Manko employees enjoy seven paid holidays throughout the year. As well as paid annual holiday shutdown between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

401(k) & Profit Sharing - Retirement Plan

401(k) and profit sharing plans available to qualifying employees to supplement employee income upon retirement.¹

Payroll

Employees are paid on a weekly basis through electronic deposit or pay cards (IA & CO only).

Family Leave

After one year of employment at Manko, full time employees may qualify for up to one week of paid parental leave.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Manko provides PTO to ensure work-life balance, all full time employees begin accruing PTO immediately upon hiring.

¹ Subject to individual plan policies, full time employees are eligible following a 60-day waiting period

Manko also provides various employee discounts, events, and activities throughout the year.

Employment Notice: Manko Window Systems, Inc. is a drug and alcohol free workplace, all potential employees must pass a drug/alcohol screening prior to job offer. Pre‑employment physical or physical capacity profile testing will be required for all manufacturing positions.

Employees must be at least 18 years of age in production areas.
