Benefits:
Health & Dental Insurance: The Manko Health Care Plan is Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Kansas. Full time employees are eligible for health and dental insurance following a 60- day waiting period. Manko pays 100% of the monthly premium for employee only. All other plans, Manko will pay 50% of the cost.
Life Insurance: Full time Manko employees are provided with a $25,000 term life insurance policy following a 60-day waiting period. Manko pays 100% of the cost for the employee. Dependent term life insurance is also provided for spouses and children. Additional voluntary term life insurance, AFLAC and vision plans are available for the employees and their families through payroll deductions.
401 (K) & Profit Sharing – Retirement Plan: Manko has established and currently administers a 401(K) and profit sharing to supplement employee income upon retirement. Eligibility is based upon certain criteria: 18 years of age, minimum of 1000 hours worked, and 6 months of service.
Holidays: Manko employees enjoy seven paid holidays throughout the year. (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, and Christmas.)
Vacation: It is Manko’s policy to grant vacations with pay to provide eligible employee’s time for rest and recreation in recognition of services performed. After the first year of employment, employees receive one week of paid vacation and two weeks of paid vacation after two years of service.
Payroll: Employees are paid on a weekly basis through electronic deposit or pay cards.
Shift Start Time: Manufacturing shifts typically begin at 7:00 a.m. Monday – Friday but can vary based on location and department needs. Overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed. Employees need to be at least 18 years of age in production areas.

This is a local position, not over-the-road. Our drivers are the face of our company and that means the utmost care and skills is required when delivering product to our customers.
This position requires:
- Current Class B CDL
- Operation of both manual and automatic transmission
- Must be at least 21 years old (crossing state lines may be a requirement from time to time)
- Thoroughly conduct pre & post trips at the beginning and end of every shift
- Must follow all DOT rules and regulations
- Must keep accurate ELD/DOT paperwork up to date
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Required to unload material at customer’s location which will require all drivers to call ahead to verify help if needed
- Must have own transportation to and from work with OUTSTANDING attendance
- Will need to provide MVR upon interview
- This position is perfect for getting experience under your belt or coming off from over-the-road. Our company promotes from within which means there is always room to grow.
Home every weekend!
This is a regional route position which will require two – three overnights per week. However, You are guaranteed home on the weekends. Our drivers are the face of our company which means the utmost care, skill, and customer service is required when delivering our product to our customers.
This position requires:
- Current valid Class A CDL with airbrake
- At least 21 years old (crossing state lines may be a requirement)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Required to unload material at customer’s location which will require all drivers to call ahead to verify help if needed
- Thoroughly conduct pre & post trips at the beginning and end of every shift
- Must have knowledge of and follow all DOT rules and regulations
- Ability to keep accurate ELD/DOT paperwork up to date and retail fuel/toll receipts
- Extensive knowledge of truck driving rules & regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking & break periods)
- Must provide own phone and preferred method of navigation (we will provide 1 headset)
- Must have a desirable motor vehicle record
- Must operate an overnight route when assigned
- Must have own transportation to and from work with OUTSTANDING attendance
- Current DOT Medical Card
Handle and operate fabricating equipment and tools, such as saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, punches; proficiently and safely to cut or shape and bend materials for assembly process of products. Will need to read tape measure and follow directions. Need to be quality focused to produce high quality products in a warehouse environment following company safety protocols. Must have the knowledge and the ability to proficiently use hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, impact drivers, etc.
Loads, unloads, and moves materials within the manufacturing facility. As well as load windows, doors, and glass into semi-trailers for delivery to customers or unload incoming materials from suppliers. Will follow directions provided by supervisor. Need to be quality focused while following company safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Operates equipment in plant, punches, saws, CNC machine, presses and has capabilities for assembly process of products under the supervision and direction of Supervisor.
HOME 5-7 NIGHTS OUT OF EVERY WEEK!
