Health & Dental Insurance: The Manko Health Care Plan is Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Kansas. Full time employees are eligible for health and dental insurance following a 60- day waiting period. Manko pays 100% of the monthly premium for employee only. All other plans, Manko will pay 50% of the cost.
Life Insurance: Full time Manko employees are provided with a $25,000 term life insurance policy following a 60-day waiting period. Manko pays 100% of the cost for the employee. - Read job specification to determine material requirements
- Pull material required to complete orders

Manko Window Systems is seeking someone to to become a CNC Programmer. CNC programmers are responsible for creating and maintaining the computer files which control our CNC machines. CNC programmers must have an understanding on computer programming languages as well as an understanding on how these machines work. Manko Window Systems has several different types of Emmegi CNC machines (Phantomatic T3A, Phantomatic T3 Star, Diamant, Quadra L2)
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and set up the machines in accordance with these drawings
- Identify potential problems with work orders and flag for further review
- Use computer software (CAMPlus – form of AutoCAD) to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly
- Customize existing programs to meet specific needs of clients
- Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications
- Monitor and adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality
- Consider tools required to cut particular materials and program machines accordingly

- Set stops or guides to specific lengths as indicated by scale, rule, or templates
