Manko’s new 160i flush aluminum panel and 170i fiber reinforced polymer, heavy duty doors are manufactured with thermally broken stiles and rails. The 160i FAP door has a sleek look with aluminum skin on the outer layer, while the 170i FRP door has a highly durable fiber reinforced polymer sheet with pebble embossed finish bonded to the interior core components. Both doors are constructed using a dense expanded polystyrene foam core and tempered hardboard backing for added insulation and durability. Lastly, the perimeter of the doors are capped using a thermally broken extrusion to provide added thermal efficiency. The FAP and FRP doors are able to accommodate a wide range of hardware options and come with multiple standard configurations of glass insert lite kits for ¼" and 1” glazing infill.
