VETERAN STATUS:

  • An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985 (61 FR 1209, 3 CFT, 1996 Comp., p.159)

Proof of Identity and Eligibility to Work

Under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, Manko Window Systems, Inc. is required to verify the identity and work authorization of all new employees. Manko Window Systems also participates in E-Verify, the federal online verification system. To comply with these requirements, you should complete, and sign Section 1 of the I-9 form prior to your start date, if possible, but no later than the first day of employment. Additionally, you must present documents that verify your identity and work authorization within the first three business days of your start date. Should you fail to provide the appropriate documentation by the end of the third business day as required by law, your appointment will be terminated.
