Anodized
Manko provides a broad range of standard and custom anodized finishes to meet your project needs. All anodized finishes are available in class 1, with limited class 2 availability. Frequently used anodized extrusions are stocked and readily available at each of Manko’s locations, providing a quick, cost-effective solution. All anodized finishes should be uniform in appearance and free of imperfections with the exception of minor flow lines or structural streaking.
Painted
In 2000, Manko invested in the first dedicated AAMA 2605 powder coat paint line in the United States. This paint line utilizes a multi-stage high-tech pretreatment system for proper pretreatment and conversion coating of aluminum extrusions prior to painting. The paint is then electrostatically applied to assure uniform thickness of coating and to eliminate sags, runs, and other series blemishes. Manko chose to implement a powder coat paint line due to product durability and environmentally responsible considerations.
