In 2000, Manko invested in the first dedicated AAMA 2605 powder coat paint line in the United States. This paint line utilizes a multi-stage high-tech pretreatment system for proper pretreatment and conversion coating of aluminum extrusions prior to painting. The paint is then electrostatically applied to assure uniform thickness of coating and to eliminate sags, runs, and other series blemishes. Manko chose to implement a powder coat paint line due to product durability and environmentally responsible considerations.

Manko uses AAMA 2605 compliant Fluoropolymer powder coatings. These coatings are suitable for any of our aluminum products and carry a standard 10-year warranty, with the option to increase to 20 years. Below you will find Manko’s 20 standard colors, however additional and custom colors are available.
