Overview

Manko’s 250 Series Curtain Wall system is a traditional stick built system. It’s 2 1⁄2” face dimension profile offers multiple back member and face cap options to meet your structural and aesthetic requirements. The 250 system can now be upgraded to incorporate a thermally enhanced pressure plate, creating the 250x option. The 250x option fabricates and installs similar to Manko’s traditional 250 series and utilizes many of the same back member options. Within the 250 (250x) system, corner mullions, expansion mullions, and structural silicone glazed mullions are available. The stick built 250 system can accommodate a variety of design applications including (but not limited to) low-mid rise exterior framing, punched openings, entrance framing, sidelites, and ribbon windows. The system can also be used in conjunction with entrance doors, operating vents, blind panels, and sunshades to create an integrated system. Refer to the design manual or contact Manko personnel for project specific design sizing considerations. Curtain wall systems are part of a lineal program designed for installers to fabricate their own openings to reduce lead times and meet construction schedules. This system is dry glazed, zone weeped, and available in a wide variety of anodized and AAMA 2605 painted finishes.
