At Manko Window Systems, providing a high-
quality insulated glass is not only a goal, but rather a commitment to the client. To
achieve this high standard, Manko believes it not only takes well trained and detail
oriented staff, but it also takes high quality glass fabrication equipment capable of
working with high performance IGU components. Located in all three of Manko’s
manufacturing locations are LISEC insulated glass lines. With the investment in a
premier IG line, Manko wanted to make sure it produced a highly efficient insulated unit
with the addition of a warm-edge TriSeal spacer robot to each of the lines. By producing
a unit TriSeal spacer, the end consumer is receiving a quality unit with three seals (in lue
of the standard dual seal) and thermally is the highest performing spacer available. If
your project requires aluminum spacer to match existing or a different form of warm-
edge spacer, Manko has many options available. Not only can these lines run high
performance dual pane units (7/16 OA minimum), but they can also seamlessly add
argon gas or create a triple pane unit.
Although Manko can produce
units up to 60 sq. ft. and will warranty units up to 50 sq. ft., below are the
maximum dimensions the IG lines can produce:
- Manhattan – 137″ W x 98″ H
- Denver – 137″ W x 97″ H
- Des Moines – 144″ W x 98″ H
- ASTM E 2188 –Standard Test Method for Insulating Glass Unit Performance
- ASTM E 2189 –Standard Test Method for Testing Resistance to Fogging in Insulating Glass Units
- ASTM E 2190 –Standard Specification for Insulating Glass Unit Performance and Evaluation
Manko provides a 10 year limited warranty, up to 50 sq. ft., on all IG’s (with any of our spacers) produced unless otherwise specified.
