ScreenLine® Blinds

Manko Window Systems is pleased to offer ScreenLine® Venetian Blinds

About the ScreenLine® Integrated Sun Shading System

In a ScreenLine® system, the blind (venetian) is encapsulated within two or three glass panes in an insulating glass unit. The movement of the blind does not compromise the insulating properties of the double glazing unit. The exclusive ScreenLine® characteristics ensure total protection against dirt, dust, or weather conditions, and therefore blinds do not require any maintenance. The magnetic components have an almost indefinite life cycle with a magnetic attraction loss of around 2% per 100 years. The wide product choice and versatility of operation make ScreenLine® blind systems suitable for all types of commercial and residential applications.

The Product Operation

The “C” system utilizes the force produced by two coupled rotational magnetic devices. One set of magnets is located inside the blind headrail within the cavity, and the other is applied to the external glass surface, thus guaranteeing the perfect integrity of the insulating glass, and various control options are used to raise, lower, and tilt the blind.
